Mr. Gray has over 14 years of investment banking and financial advisory experience. Over his investment banking career, Mr. Gray has managed private placements of common and preferred stock, senior and sub-debt, convertible debt and completed initial public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.  He has been a financial advisor and key negotiator for several private and public companies engaged in new media, cable television, production and entertainment as well as nanotechnology, IT and software.

Mr. Gray founded Gray Capital Partners and is acting Managing Director of the Georgia based firm, responsible for all areas of operations.  Since 1999, Mr. Gray has completed transactions of more than $240,000,000 (Two Hundred and Forty Million Dollars) which generated pre-tax profits to investors and existing shareholders of more than $1,700,000,000 (One Billion Seven Hundred Million Dollars).  Mr. Gray has been featured in numerous television interviews, magazine and newspaper articles including the Wall Street Journal.
