Our professionals assist management in the preparation of offering documents, structuring the terms of the offering, identifying and targeting appropriate sources of capital, selection and negotiation with an appropriate NASD broker-dealer to manage all sales of securities to investors, and overseeing the legal and accounting issues through closing. Post-transaction services may include research, additional offerings and financial advisory services.
